Manolita Akiko Holadia
Attorney Manolita Akiko Holadia’s services are completely dedicated to personal injury litigation. She has been admitted to the bar in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., U.S. District Court Eastern Division of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit, and the Virginia Supreme Court, but she maintains an active practice only in Virginia courts. She graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1986 with a B.A. in History and from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 1992. She served as the President of the Lynnhaven Kiwanis Club in 2003 and has been the Community Services Chairman of that club since 1996. She served on the Board of the Samaritan House from 1996–1999, as well as being a past member of the NAACP Legal Redress Committee. She is on the Board of Directors for the Port Alliance Federal Credit Union and the Board of Directors for the Asian Business Association of Hampton Roads, and she is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia State Bar Diversity Conference, Virginia State Bar Bench Bar Relations Committee, and Virginia Beach Bar Association. She recently was a National Business Institute speaker for Advanced Auto Litigation and a speaker for VTLA. Beginning with the 2017 fall semester, she is an Adjunct Professor in the Business Department of Old Dominion University. In the practice area of personal injury litigation, she specializes in brain injury, truck accidents, and personal injury.
